Common faults and troubleshooting of sightseeing elevators
(1) The grid power supply is normal, and the elevator has no express or slow train. Main reasons: 1) The fuse melt of the main circuit or control circuit is blown;
2) The voltage relay is damaged, and the contacts of the safety protection switches in other circuits are in poor contact and damaged;
3) The wiring from the control cabinet terminal to the motor terminal is not in place;
4) Actions of various protection switches have not recovered.
Method of exclusion:
1) Check whether the fuse melts of the main circuit and control circuit are blown, whether they are installed, and whether the fuse melts are clamped in place. Troubleshoot according to the inspection.
2) Find out whether the voltage relay is damaged, check whether the voltage relay is pulled in, check whether the coil wiring of the voltage relay is connected, and check whether the voltage relay operates normally. Troubleshoot according to the inspection.
3) Check whether the wiring of the terminal of the control cabinet is in place; check whether the wiring of the motor junction box is in place and clamped; according to the inspection situation, eliminate intentional.
4) Check whether the current, overload, field weakening, voltage, and safety circuit components of the elevator are abnormal or not, and troubleshoot according to the inspection.
The elevator goes down normally, but there is no express train going up. main reason:
1) The wiring of the upper limit switches of the first and second limit switches is incorrect, and the contact of the switch is poor or damaged.
2) The upward control contactor and relay do not pick up or are damaged.
3) The control circuit wiring is loose or falls off.
Method of exclusion:
1) Connect the connection of the limit switch contact, replace the contact of the limit switch, and replace the limit switch.
2) Connect the wiring of the downstream control contactor relay coil and replace the contactor relay.
3) Connect the loose or detached wiring of the control circuit
The elevator car does not stop when it reaches the leveling position. main reason:
1) The reed switch contacts of the upper and lower leveling sensors are in poor contact, the relative position and size of the magnetic isolation plate or the sensor do not meet the standard requirements, and the wiring of the sensor is poor.
2) The upper and lower leveling sensors are damaged.
3) The control loop is faulty.
4) The contactor in the up and down direction does not reset.
Method of exclusion:
1) Connect the contacts of the reed switch, adjust the sensor, and adjust the size of the magnetic isolation plate or the sensor.
2) Replace the leveling sensor
3) Eliminate the fault of the control loop.
4) Adjust the contactor in the upper and lower directions.
The car runs to the selected floor without changing the speed. main reason:
1) The wiring of the selected floor speed change sensor is bad or damaged.
2) The size of the speed change sensor and the sensing plate position do not meet the standard requirements.
3) There is a fault in the control loop.
